Rocinante was a Hunter 19, sail number 23, and I bought her for £730 on 29th September 1992.
She sailed beautifully. I figured the best thing I could do was to sail her out of Milford Haven, even though it was 170 miles from home.
Money got tight and I was only able to keep her for a few seasons, and I was very sorry to see her go.

Don Quixote’s Rocinante
like Don Quixote, he [Rocinante] is awkward, past his prime, and engaged in a task beyond his capacities
The choice of name was no mistake. 😆
